Rules:
1 - Enter your Bitcoin receiving address. This address will serve as your ticket
for the draw.
2 - Send 0.00010000 Bitcoin to the provided address.
Alternatively, use the QR code to  facilitate  the  transfer  with  your Bitcoin
wallet management software.
You can check if the network has validated your  Bitcoin  receiving  address  to
ensure your ticket is properly accounted for.
3 - Submissions will be closed on Wednesday at  00:00  to  allow  time  for  the
Bitcoin network to validate all transactions.
4 - Await the draw, which will take place every Wednesday at 6 pm UTC.


The first draw will determine the main winner, who will receive 60% of the total
collected Bitcoin quantity.
The second draw will award a Golden Ticket to the winner, allowing them to  play
again for free the following Wednesday using the previously  provided  receiving
address.
For those unlucky individuals not selected in the draw, they will share  30%  of
the total collected Bitcoin quantity.
The remaining 10% will be retained by the platform for various subscriptions and
maintenance purposes.


Algorithm for determining winners:
1. Open the players.txt file in reading mode containing the Bitcoin addresses of
all the players who validated their ticket
2. Initialize a SHA-256 hash object
3. Read the first line of the file
4. As long as there are lines to read:
     has. Encode the line in UTF-8
     b. Update SHA-256 hash object with this encoded line
     vs. Read the next line
5. Close the file
6. Get final hash of hash object as hex string
7. Convert this hexadecimal string to an integer
8. Determine the winner by taking the remainder of  dividing this integer by the
number of lines in the file
